f you change your mind, please WhatsApp us as soon as possible before we ship out your order. However, please note that we are unable to cancel CONFIRMED items. If you would like to proceed with the cancellation, we will investigate prior to cancellation, and subject to the management’s discretion.

Please contact us via WhatsApp immediately and we will check accordingly.

It will take FIVE (5) working days to process your order(s).  Orders received will be processed and delivered to your doorstep from Monday – Friday. Do note that this does not include state and public holidays.

*Orders received before 12 noon shall be processed on the same day. Order received after  5 p.m. shall be processed on the next day.

If the item(s) you received was incorrect, damaged or defective, please contact us via WhatsApp within 14 working days upon receipt of your parcel.
Please ensure the item must be in its original condition – unworn, unwashed, unironed, and undamaged.

Note: All underscarves, face masks and fashion accessories i.e. earrings, necklaces, bracelets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. 

14 working days (excluding weekends, state and public holidays). All orders within Semenanjung Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak are shipped via EasyParcel.

Once we have processed and packed your order, we will notify you of the process of your order via email. You may track your parcel via EasyParcel Tracking
